The airline unveiled QuietFlights, an inventive concept, recently. It falls under Akasa Air’s mission to give all passengers who board various aircraft in the early morning and late at night a relaxing and enjoyable in-flight experience.

In-flight announcements on flights operating from 10 PM to 6 AM will now only include critical safety alerts, per a press release from Akasa Air. In order to give customers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, the airline will also control the lighting in the cabin. The goal of this project is to provide everyone with quiet, comfort, and privacy without interfering with their time.

Chief Marketing & Experience Officer and co-founder of Akasa Air, Belson Coutinho, discussed how the airline cherishes passengers’ privacy and sense of security when flying. Their dedication to offering “a comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful cabin experience” is further demonstrated by the introduction of QuietFlights.

As he discussed the exciting launch of QuietFlights, he went on to say that the program’s objective is to assist travelers in relaxing “by reducing announcements to the most important safety ones and combining ambient cabin lighting to create a calming in-flight experience.”
